Lauki ka Paratha

Ingredients

Wheat flour- 250 gm.
Lauki- 200 gm.
Turmeric powder- ½ teaspoon
Green chilly (chopped) - 2-3
Garlic chopped- 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder- 1 teaspoon
Curd- 2 tablespoon
Sugar- ½ tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Oil- for fry

Method

1. Mix all ingredients and add 2 to 3 spoons of oil. Make dough and add water if required (prepare just like paratha).

2. Make balls and roll it like chapatti and fry on a griddle.

3. Serve hot with pickle.
